Our restaurant is an izakaya where you can enjoy fresh seafood, specializing in fugu (blowfish) dishes.
Why not make it a bit of a luxurious evening?

First of all, this is "Tessa"! Tessa" is the most famous fugu dish.

Many people may think of fugu cuisine as tessa (fugu sashimi), sliced transparently thin and beautifully presented.
Tessa available at our restaurant is served as "thick cut tessa".
The fish is sliced thicker than most tesa, so it is more satisfying to eat.
In addition, two types of fugu are available: Shimonoseki fugu, aged for 48 hours, and Noto fugu, grilled in straw and served as a tataki.
We hope you will not miss out on our famous tessa, which we have added a little extra effort to!
